Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Caz & Crumb is a home-based cake business located in Maidstone. I specialize in custom cakes, cupcakes, and baked treats made to order. All products are prepared in a domestic kitchen that may handle common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs.

Orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your order and date. The remaining balance must be paid on day of pickup/ delivery.

Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Late payments may result in cancellation.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.

All deposits are non-refundable

Cancellations made up to two weeks before the due date may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit).

Cancellations made less than 4 days before the due date are not eligible for any refund.

If we cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), you will receive a full refund.

Pickup is available.

Delivery may be available for an additional fee within the kent area. Some cakes can't be delivered but the bakes can be.

Late pickups without prior notice may result in the cake being stored unrefrigerated, and we are not responsible for any spoilage or damage.

Final designs are subject to artistic interpretation and may vary slightly from inspiration photos or sketches

We do not replicate exact copyrighted characters or logos without appropriate licensing

While we do our best to accommodate dietary requests, our products are made in a kitchen that may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten.

We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
